Company

— We run the GPUs so you don’t have to.

Training a model got easy. Running one did not. We started Arclight so that a team of five can serve a model to five million people without hiring anyone to babysit GPUs at 3 a.m.

How we got here

2022

Three engineers and a rack

Ines, Jonah and Wei leave a large cloud to build the inference engine they wished they had, in a garage in Oakland.

2023

The first thousand teams

A public beta with one model and one region. A thousand teams sign up in the first month; most of them stay.

2024

Training and Guardrails

Fine-tuning with automatic resume, and the first policy engine that reads plain English. Series A, led by Foundry Lane.

2025

Four regions

Amsterdam and Oregon join Virginia, then Singapore. Enterprise customers bring their own clouds.

2026

Arc-7

Our own flagship model, served at 180 ms to the first token. Three thousand teams, 140 people, still answering support ourselves.

What we hold to

003

arc—light

Boring infrastructure

The best compliment we get is silence. We would rather be dull and up than clever and down.

Price on the page

Every price we charge is public. If a discount exists, everyone of your size gets it.

Your data is yours

We never train on what you send. Not in a default, not in a footnote, not ever.

Engineers answer

Support is staffed by the people who build the platform. There is no first line to get past.
